it's not possible to convert the power of your contacts or glasses into visual acuity such as 20/200, 20/400 etc. However it's safe to say that your unaided eyesight is surely much,much worse than 20/200. Most likely it's even much worse than 20/400.
They are two different things. It is like asking if size 6 shoes is equivalent to running a four minute mile.
If you want to know how well you can see, call your eye doctor and ask.
There is no equivalence, they are two different measurements.
But, one thing sure is that with - 6.00 , your uncorrected vision would be a lot less than 20/200 , more like 20/400 , or worse.
