How often should i wear contact lens?!
Question: How often should i wear contact lens?
I want to wear it as often as possible but i heard it's bad for your eyes if you wear it too often so how often should i wear it?

ive used them 2 years in a row every day and n0 glasses but umm...........i havent felt nothing wrong s0 i d0nt really kn0w if its bad but you should bye some glasses to permit your eyes not getting tired:)....................>>>>>>>>> by3
In the past my optician said 5 days a week then rest the contacts at the weekend. I wear 5 days a week then when I go out at the weekend, other times at home I just wear glasses as my eyes can get very dry if I wear my contacts too much. I think it's true that your eyes do need some time without glasses.
