Question: An easy question about the eyes?
I change my screen settings. I put the brightness to 0 and the contrast to 80. Please, do this now on your computer screen and tell me if it is safe/better, for eye vision ?
Answers:
first off the "screen" does not harm your vision in any way all it does is put strain on your eyes which can lead to sore eyes fore awhile or headaches and sometimes it can lead top dry eye if your infront of it long enogh becuase when your looking at a screen your blinking less but yea it cant damage your vision or anything
