You probably have blepharitis. Apply warm compresses for 10 minutes twice a day to both of your eyes. Get some baby shampoo, but a small amount in your hand and mix with warm water, scrub your eyelids (with your eyes closed) for 60 seconds twice a day. There are also several prescription treatments for this problem, but they are expensive and most ophthalmologists will have you try the stuff I mentioned first. You may also have a chalazion (sounds more like blepharitis though), which may also be helped by the above recommendations, but may have to be surgically drained if that doesn't help.
It is not a stye (or hordeolum) as those hurt and are red and infected. Yours only hurts when you blink (feels like an eyelash). That's not how people describe their styes.
A sty. Gold can reduce the swelling if you rub it directly on the affected area.
