What cud cause my eye to keep twitching?!


Question: What cud cause my eye to keep twitching?
I have not done anything to it, or put anything weird in it. And I don't wear contacts... But for the last few weeks it keeps twitching, couple times an hour. Any suggestions on how to make it stop?

One of the main causes is fatigue. Spending too much time in front of the computer, not getting enough sleep, or straining your eyes can make it worse. My eyelids started twitching a LOT right before I found out I needed glasses. I had been straining my eyes all of that time without realizing it. Caffeine also makes it worse. Try to get lots of sleep and cut down on caffeine.

My eye twitches also. I have muscle spasms around my cheek bones and it relieves me when I twitch my eyes. If I try to hold it in I will just keep thinking about it becuase itll feel like presure is building up. Maybe you Need to rest your eyes.
