Safe to use Systane Ultra in combination with Tobradex?!
Question: Safe to use Systane Ultra in combination with Tobradex?
The reason I ask is because Tobradex contains a corticosteroid and I'm worried that I'll develop cataracts from interocular pressure.

Those are two different questions, I suppose:
1. Yes, you can use Systane Ultra with Tobradex. Make sure you're leaving ~10 minutes between each type of drop just to make sure you aren't washing them out.
2. If you're going to develop cataracts from the steroid component of Tobradex -- fairly rare with dexamethasone relative to other steroids like prednisolone, especially if you're taking it for less than a month -- Systane isn't going to help one way or the other.
