As the other answerer stated, a yellow tint in your eyes is a symptom of liver disease, BUT the whites of your eyes would always look yellow, not just sometimes. To be on the safe side, tell your parents and ask them to make an appointment with your medical doctor for a check up. Prevention or precaution is often the best cure. Happy Holidays
you may have jaundice. its one sign of a hepatic (liver) disease. jaundice can be one of three causes: first is prehepatic (mostly due to hemolysis or excessive damage to red blood cells that lead to the release of hemoglobin--the oxygen carrying protein); second involves the hepatocytes or liver cells which may be due to a lot of diseases such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, etc.; a third cause may be due to a blockage in the hepatobiliary tree. the (conjugated) bilirubin, because it cannot be transported to the urine and be changed into urobilinogen, will accumulate in the systemic circulation which manifests as yellowish tinge in the sclera of your eye and your skin. If you observe the latter (which can easily be seen if you're "white" or fair) then it's time you consult a doctor, notably an internist or a gastroenterologist.
What's the use of asking if you won't accept our answers? idiot.
the chances that this is liver disease and/or "jaundice" with *NO* other symptoms in an otherwise healthy 14 year old...is basically zero.
so I dont know what it is, but I can pretty much promise you its *not* "jaundice".

well it can mean alot of things , it depends on how yellowish it is. you should see the dr and get your blood checked , because some diseases like hepatitis C will have the same symptoms , so go and see the dr as soon as possible honey ,
"My vision doesnt look yellow or anything"... LMAO. You can't actually see from the whites of... Ohhh never mind.
See your doctor, you may be lacking in some nutrients or you just may need more sleep. It could be harmless or serious so see your doctor ASAP!
