Any time there is something not quite right with contact lens wear you are strongly advised to stop wearing the lenses and see your Contact Lens Optician.
If your vision is still blurred then you do need to see someone. Its possible that the lens had a nick or tear in the edge and this has caused the problem. Take the lens to the Optician/Optometrist/whoever you see when you go to see them.
Overwear can cause these problems but again, you won't know until you've seen someone about it. Do this as soon as you can and stick to he glasses until then, would be my advice.
Dispensing Optician
I have been wearing contacts since about 1978. I never bought into those claims that contacts could be worn for days at a time. I have always taken them out at night, if I'm just taking a nap for a couple hours I find that's ok but to leave them in overnight your eyes can dry out and you'll have problems.
What's more I think you are more likely to get infections too.
I know it's a hassle but just get into the habit of taking them out every night and placing them in the solution to disinfect them. I also a Q-tip soaked in cleaning solution to clean them every so often.
