If you've always had this condition, it is called nystagmus. If you've suddenly acquired this defect and the eye shakes continuously or most of the time, the cause is usually eye trauma, disease or drugs-legal or illegal. If your eye only shake occasionally for a few seconds and clears up, this happens to many people and can be caused by eye strain or anxiety. No matter what the cause or duration, you ought to schedule a comprehensive eye exam with an ophthalmologist or optometrist.
Everyone should have a comprehensive dilated eye exam every few years. Most of us don't see an Ophthalmologist or optometrist until we have a real problem, which might have been prevented or minimized if we had regular exams.

It's when a nerve in your eye has spasms and causes your vision to shake. I'm 15, too. And it happens to me a lot when I'm really tired.
Was your eye physically shaking? Or just your vision?
This is most likely to be nystagmus.
Good luck
