Hmm...from my experience and re-reading the wiki article on microphthalmia, I'm going to say outside of stem cell therapy/future transplant possibilities, no. Especially if you have achieved most of your growth, as the eye will not grow any more, even with surgery.
I know with some small children they use an implant/prosthesis to enable the orbit and other tissues to grow as needed as the child does, replacing as needed, but as you seem to be against false eyes, (completely understandable!) that option is out.
If you should reconsider, consult your ophthalmologist and make sure you have a reference to a good ocularist. Currently they are able to achieve a very natural look.

Surgery is the only way then. Perhaps surgically retract the eye lids, etc
