Hi Deborah. Sorry to hear about all these issues you're having. Seems like you never get a chance to live your life without some problem ruining your day.
Well if glasses are giving you a headache its likely lenscrafters will suggest that you have your eyes retested so that they can give you a new pair of glasses. However if you have to keepgoing through this procedure too many times (with no improvement) then its likely you will get fed up and stop accepting their 'help'.

If you haven't considered it before why not try a round of natural eyesight improvement/restoration. While working on getting the most from your sight it will also encourage you to act more naturally, socialise more easily and to feel more relaxed and happy.
