Question: Very confused...eye dr or mri?
i have noticed that my pupils are very dilated and sometimes i get a headache with it. sometimes i dont. everything looks bright to me. i went to the dr and he said my pupils are "like frying pans" and are acting like someone that is taking narcotics daily and i dont take them. i am so confused. any ideas? he said he would do an mri if it doesnt stop but i had a ct scan in the spring and everything was normal. so should i get the mri or see an eye dr?

Here are some questions that would be helpful to answer: Do your pupils constrict at all when you shine a light in them? Do your pupils constrict when you look at near objects? Are you fatigued because you can't sleep? My bet is that you have a problem with your endocrine system. I think an appropriate referral would be to an endocrinologist.
