OK, that is just saline. You can use that for storage or rinsing, but keep in mind, it doesn't disinfect or clean your lenses.
You need a MULTI PURPOSE solution to clean and disinfect them. Usually the lenses have to sit in that for a minimum of 6 hours to complete the disinfection process. Opti-Free Replenish is a good one.
If you are just taking your lenses out for a couple of hours with plans to put them back on later , then you can use saline for temporary storage.
