Question: What do I have to do, for my eyes to?
produce more tear film ? Because I've been washing my eyes out with clean water, for the past years and found out that its bad, since it will wash away your natural tear film.

Not sure. But if you have signs of a problem with your tear film your best advice is to go see a specialist.
BTW, there are people who shower and swim everyday and they dont have problems with their tear film. So dont draw conclusions too quickly on this.
