My eye were once dark brown but then they changed to hazel?!


Question: My eye were once dark brown but then they changed to hazel?
Like, I'm very happy with it, but I want to know why it happened? I mean, my eyes were dark brown until ariound 14 years old. Then they turned hazel. Now they are really pretty and lighter. They also sparkled more than usual.. Anyone know why this happened?
