Yes there are people who have used it and got better eyesight.

The reason you get people questioning it is that they are either badly informed on the subject. Or see is as a threat to their ability to sell glasses.

You will probably get one answer with the person claiming that scientific evidence proves improving natural eyesight is impossible. But if you are genuinely interested in the truth then that person must have research to back it up. I've seen many answers given in that manner and they ALWAYS refuse to give an example of research.

Online you can't believe everything you see or hear so be careful that the opinion has hard fact behind it and not some underhanded motivation.

Bad vision usually occurs from bad vision habits mixed with no interest in having detailed vision. Sure they might complain about the bad vision sometimes. But in all honesty these people don't really care if their eyes don't see 100% clearly. They can see a positive side in not being able to see things like peoples faces. If these things are just a blur then they are free to ignore anything that they don't care to know about.

The reason why some people struggle to get any improvement in eyesight once they get older is because their eyeball has changed shape. No overnight miracle can change that.

I have come across one book at least which targets this problem in order to improve vision ("the secret of perfect vision"). The author is certified as having corrected his own eyesight fully using the methods described in the book.
