Question: Is this strep throat? ):?
today i got a little sore on the tip of my tongue.
i just looked in the mirror, and it looks like theres little bumps near the back of my throat?
it is on my tongue though.
can someone help me please?

You cannot be sure without a throat culture. Some of the symptoms you described could be attributed to strep, but a culture is required to confirm (these symptoms could also be of a viral nature.) In the physician's office they have both a fast reacting test (answer in ~10 minutes) and also the classic test requiring a few days to culture.
It is worth your while to see your physician.
you need to go see a dr. they will give a throat culture (rubbing a long cotton swab around in the back of your throat). also, that may sound like u have herpes. herpes irritate your mouth and aren't fun... i hope you get well soon! Also, I'm not trying to be mean here, but isn't optical health? =\
