Defintely get eye drops for contacts and use them at least just before you take the lenses out. I like to take mine out as follows. For the right eye hold the lower lid open iwth the 3rd finger from the thumb of the right hand and the upper lid with teh same finger of the left hand. Look towards the nose and then use the finger next to teh thumb of the right hand to put on the lens and slide it to the outer corner of the eye. Keep looking towards the nose this means that as you take the lens to the outer corner of the eye you are moving it off the bit of the eye it fits. It is then easy to pinch it off between your thumb and teh finger you were moving it with.

If you keep ripping it you might like to check the lenght of your nails as well. Either to long or too short or a bit ragged can rip a lens until you get skilled taking them out.

I have those too, and first off if they are very dry by the end of the day, you should start putting in eye drops throughtout the day. Mine used to get like that but eye drops really make them last longer.
So when u take a contact out use your middle fingers base to touch the contact. Try looking at the bridge of your nose by doing this then drag the contact out to the corner of your eye. Use swiping movements until its about out. I hope this helps !

Wash your hands properly first. Then you can do two methods.
Method 1: Pinch and try to pull the contact out.
Method 2: Apply a good amount of pressure from your index finger to the contact and slide it to either corner of your eye. Then try to het a hold of it.

I prefer Method 2!

I have contacts.

The easiest way for me to take them out is to it roll my eye to the side so that it's mostly the white of the eye showing. Then I slide the contact over to the white side and pinch it slightly, . Mine get really dry too, and doing that always makes it easier for me to get them out.
