***I've put some basic answers here but you really do need to see a qualified Contact Lens Optician to do this safely.***

They can answer all of these questions, as well as making sure that if you do get contact lenses, they are properly fitted and the correct size/shape/material for your eyes.

1) If you sleep in the wrong type of lenses repeatedly you risk corneal damage. Some lenses are suitable to sleep in but only under the direction of a CLO (Contact Lens Optician.) I never advise people to sleep in them. They be ridiculously difficult to get back out.

2) No they can't get lost in your eye, there is nowhere for the lens to go.

3) If you rub a poorly fitting lens it will come out. If you rub a rigid lens, or tight fitting soft lens VERY occasionally it can cause corneal abrasion but you are more likely to just rub it out.

4) Dab at the eye with a tissue if you feel the need to rub.

5&6) You have to hold the lids open to insert and remove - it can't be explained easily, it needs to be taught and demonstrated. It also takes patience and practise!

7) Coloured lenses work exactly the same as standard ones, although the range of powers and fittings can be more limited.

Dispensing Optician.

1. You shouldnt sleep with them in , but this is jsut a precaution
2. as long as they cover the lens of your eye, No
3. they will come out if you rub the contact lens, if you avoid them, nothing
4. Step one , dont lift your hands step two dont put them over your eyes
if that fails you can get dropps that reduce irratation hahahaha
5. just touch the front of the lense and slide slightly it will make the drier side of the lense curl over allowing a decent grip
6. just reverse that, put in water for a couple of seconds, if your haveing difficulty
7. tyhey work like coloured contacts hahaha. they cover the iris not the pupil so vision is uneffected

so better get best answer this made me late for my lesson hahaha :)

1- Get a lens optician's permission first before sleeping with it
2- No of course
3- Try to avoid that, your eyes will feel uncomfortable
4- ( BLANK )
5- You can go to youtube and search it, It's better because you get to see how its done by others
6- Same as 5
7- It's quite same as "non-colour" contacts

1) They block a lot of oxygen and cause hypoxia. They also dry out and cause pain and blurriness.

2) No. They can only hardly ever fold in your eye.

3) They will slide up and down and they might pop out. They could also tear or scratch your eye.

4) ...force yourself?? Why would you rub them?

5) Pinch them from their edges.

6) Hold your eyelids and place them on your cornea.

7) They have a color that covers the natural (iris).
