Question: Do I need to get this fixed extremely worried?
I think I need glasses... I was looking from a distance and closing one eye at a time
Right Eye- was able to see clearly and able to reed all of the words
Left Eye- It was blurry and I wasn't able to reed any of the words.... squinting i was able to read about 3 of 200 words... should I got to my eye doctor?

You probably have lazy eye.
Better to check than for it to worsen!

Yes. Get your eyes checked. It could be that you're short-sighted in one eye (I am - one eye is worse than the other) but it's best to go see your eye doctor.

You may have nearsightedness of the left eye or both eyes.
An Optometrist has ways of correcting this.
