I personally know how having poor vision affects your life. Stronger prescription glasses are needed each year, and when you take your glasses off everything seems a blur. Contrary to popular belief, wearing glasses makes the condition worse as it weakens your eyes. Glasses are merely an aid (think of them as crutches - you don't use your legs as often, so they get weaker). The solutions to permanently improve eyesight are:

1) Laser eye surgery
This is the quickest and most convenient fix, but it can be expensive, usually costing a few thousand. The effects aren't always permanent with some patients complaining of needing glasses ago in a few years time, but this is only a very small minority. Their are a variety of ways to book an appointment, but usually contacting your GP or optician is the recommended method.

2) Eye exercises
It will take between 30-60 days of following a regime of eye exercises (depending on how bad your condition is and how often you follow the exercises) to significantly help your eye condition, although many people find improvements in a few days. Eye exercises can fix all common eye problems - they work by strengthening the eye and by relaxing the muscles (usually close work causes the muscles around the eye to be stressed and contracted, thus causing bad vision.)

Well the only way to do so is to get laser eye surgery or wear glasses (it might help after a while). Contact lenses are good and not too expensive. If your intrested in laser eye surgery I suggest you look at this video:

If there were an easy way to improve eye-sight, why would so many people be wearing glasses, contacts, or have lasik surgery? If you don't want glasses, you only have 2 choices left.

Ask your doctor for more advise...Try eating more carrots for better eye health...Were eye contacts...
I personaly don't think eye surgery is the best way because you never know what might happen! That's all I can think of...
