Can you wear eye contacts without needing them?!

Question: Can you wear eye contacts without needing them?

I need glasses sometimes during school if the teachers writing on the board in small letters so I don't really need them but can I wear them anyway? Also if I can where can I get them?

Answers:

You can't wear prescription contacts if you don't need them & the optometrist will not prescribe them for you unless necessary because wearing something you don't need could hurt your eyes.

1. Were glasses/contacts when you need them or do what your eye doctor told you to do...
2.What's the point of wearing them if you don't need them? Is it cause of the color? If it is then just buy separate ones.
3.Get them at an OPTICAL PLACE they'll sell them there! =)
