I'm really scared to put contacts in?!

Under normal circumstances they should not hurt. Rinse them first and make sure they are right side out.

when i go to optometrist to put in my first contacts i was SOOOO SCARED... :Z
then the first time i put the first lens in my eyes(took pretty long time). it feel so great but still feel uncomfortable because it was my first time wearing them. then second day, i feel really so excited to put them on. idk why i just feel really excited everytime wanna put contacts on.
i take about 3 days to get used to contacts and now its been 1 month, and it soooo fun with contacts.

You should try them. i bet you would love them. :) dont be afraid. everyone was afraid too when their first time. later on, u will find it easy,fun and cool. :)

I would say don't be scared.

It's quite normal to be afraid to put foreign objects into your eyes.

It's the same sort of process of swallowing tablets.

You just need a bit of practise before you're comfortable to do so.

Just practice touching your eyes...And your fear of puting contacts & or touching your eyes will go...
Just simply wash your hands with water and sope and touch your eyes...lol...Just don't poke them...=)...
