i can't get my contacts out?!

Ok so first what you want to do is wash your hands and put solution in your container. Then next you want to dip your forefinger in the solution. Now for the tricky part. Look directly in a mirror and touch your contact with your solution finger and swipe across to the right side. It takes a bit of practice but you should get there. Then do for other eye.
