I suffer from a lot of anxiety daily. Anyway today my vision seems kinda weird. Like not clear. ever stared at the sun then look around? everything seems weird? its like that? please help......

You might have a migraine. Yes, you can have a migraine without your head hurting (a silent migraine.)
I got them when I was pregnant. Sometimes I would completely lose my vision in one of my eyes!
What I did to get rid of them:
Took a wet facecloth or paper towel and put it in the freezer until it was really cold or frozen. Then I laid down on the couch and put it on my forehead. Went away instantly. Some people say you could try exercising to get rid of them, but I wouldn't recommend that since your vision is messed up.
