If you are talking about a viral type of pink eye, then there is no way to cure it. It has to run it's course while using drugs like Tobradex to control symptoms. If you are talking about pink eye caused by a bacteria, there are several anibiotics available that can cure it relatively quickly.

My Mom just had pink eye, they give you drops to sooth it, but it doesn't cure it, you just have to let it run its course.
