This is not a prescription that can actually be filled as it is written. Your doctor has prescribed a bifocal correction in the right eye and a non bifocal correction in the left. He has not provided a distance prescription in the left eye that will balance the left eye with the right, therefore, your optician would have to fill a bifocal for the right eye and a non bifocal in the left. This would leave your distance vision imbalanced between the to eyes. In addition, you would not be happy at all wearing a prescription with a bifocal in one eye and not in the other.

Me. I am an optometric physician.

This means you have a negligible "long sighted"prescription for distance, but that you do need to get yourself some reading glasses.

You have a small difference between the two eyes which is perfectly normal.

The reading glasses will make your distance blurred so only use them for close up work. There are options for glasses you could wear all the time such as a multifocal but your prescription doesn't warrant that at this stage.

There are also options for contact lenses but again, probably not necessary at this stage.

Dispensing Optician

You got a wee bit of farsightedness in your right eye and you seem to need a prescription for reading as well. The trouble is, because the reading prescription for each eye is quite different, you probably will not get good results with the cheap, drugstore reading glasses (you could try them if you want, it won't hurt your eyes, at worst, it would be a few bucks wasted). If you are not sure how much use you would make of the glasses and don't want to "throw money at the problem" you could go to one of the inexpensive on-line glasses sites, such as www.zennioptical.com*, and get this prescription filled (bifocals) for quite a modest sum, like about US$ 40 or so.

* Note: I don't work for this company, but I have bought glasses from them and think they are a good deal for the money.
