Question: What is protein build up on the contacts? i never heard of that.?
I know i may sound stupid. i just wear contacts for half month now and dont have any problem. and i always heard of protein build up on contacts. what is that and how it happen?

and also some store sell those protein build up pill or something like that.

Protein is basically any debris and junk that builds up and attaches onto the contact lens throughout wear. If you rub your contacts when you take them out at night, you should be able to take it off. Protein makes your vision kinda cloudy and can hurt your eyes.

The protein remover stuff that you're talking about is usually in a little bottle. You just put a couple drops of it in your daily storage solution and overnight it helps remove the protein.
