Question: Help something is wrong with my eye?
okay so for the past 4 years my right eye has always bugged me, its always watering, and when i open my eye to look on the bottom i have weird flem in it, like muccus almost
when that muccus touches my skin around my eye it gets all dry and makes my skin wrinkly around it
sometimes it itches so bad it will be puffed the whole next day and wrinkly, its so hard to explain but it really bugs me because when i want to go out and wear makeup the makeup wont hold near the tear duct and a litttle near the lid because it waters and makes lines in it. its really bad on the tear duct and under my eye please help!! and on the edge of my eye like they call crows feet its getting dry and itchy too like the skin is cracking!

This weird flem you refered to really does concern me. Are you able to make an appointment with an eye doctor to get it checked out? It seems unpleasant and is making your itch which can lead to more problems.
I hope you find the solution to the problem and get better soon.
time to go to an eye doc.
could be blepharitis (not serious) but hard to tell from that description
