I'm 15, and I have glasses. Everybody keeps telling me I put too much strain on my eyes.
So I was wondering, why playing too many video games, watching too much TV, etc causes blurry vision?

While extended playing may cause them to get tired, there is no lasting damage done by watching TV or playing video games. It's a complete fallacy.
