just go to the doctors and he will prescribe eye contacts if you want.
and if yyou trullyyy dont want to wear em, dont worry everyone looks fine in glasses. but round face get square glasses like these

Even if you want to wear contacts, you still have to get glasses so you can wear them at home. It's very unwise to wear contacts all the day. You are not supposed to wear contacts for more than 10 hours.
First time wearing glasses is very tough, because you need to adjust, everything will look smaller.
So just get glasses first and you can get contacts later after you get used to the new vision.
no i dont think they would let 13 year old wear contacts but there are some great glasses for round faces,generally more angular frames suit round faced ppl
you can upload a photo on many opticians websites and "try on " glasses

dolland and atischon all have this facility as well as supermarket opticians
your parents will have to make the apt and go with you but at your age you do not have to pay for glasses
