Gas Mask for People with Eye Glasses?!

Question: Gas Mask for People with Eye Glasses?
Are there any types of gas masks that fit over regular eyeglasses, or would one simply have to get prescription lenses or those special gas mask glasses like the ones from WWII?

I have to spray lots and lots of chemicals at a friend's house in the next couple of days and I simply cannot see without my glasses with the current gas mask I have on hand.

Answers:

They do make full face respirators that will accept a special insert with prescription lenses (looks like an eyeglass frame without the temples and it secures in the mask). These masks are kind of expensive + you have to buy the glasses made to to your prescription, so if you are only needing it this one time, it might not be worth the money. Maybe you can take a pair of your glasses, remove the little screws and remove the temples and find a simple way to temporarily secure the front part of the glasses inside the mask ?
