My eyes feel like there's something in them?!

Question: My eyes feel like there's something in them?
My eyes feel like there is something in them even though there is not, and it's become a little hard to focus. What could be causing this and is it permanent? I play video games a lot so I know that is a factor. Am I simply playing to much and will it go away if I stop for a while?

Answers:

Dry eyes can cause this. You said you played video games a lot, so that means you don't blink as much as you should, well during the period of you playing. Check into some eye drops and see if that helps!

The similar thing happens to me from time to time when I am at the computer. I even sneeze when I am there. It could be dust, or not sufficient moisture in your air. Try running a humidifier in the room where you watch tv and play.

Sometimes also I have the same trouble it's the sort of light released by the screen that inflame or irritate the eyes.

What you can do is use hot water on a clean cloth, Gently wipe across to the side of your eye which will pull out the irritation. Don't re-use. Repeat many times per day. And don't use cold water.
