What are some exercises to help improve my vision?!

Question: What are some exercises to help improve my vision?
Well today I took off my glasses and looked around. Wow I am blind as ****. So I began searching the web for ways to improve my vision and as of yet have not found exercises but will continue looking. I was wondering if anybody can help me with this and give me exercises to help me get rid of my glasses. I want to improve my vision to see better and without glasses and I want to see if this is all true.

Answers:

Our eyes need regular exercise in order to keep them healthy, just like any other muscle in the body. The thing is, we take it for granted that our eyes will eventually give up on us and we will eventually need glasses or contact lenses. This doesn’t have to be the case if you regularly exercise your eyes. Also, if you start wearing glasses or contact lenses your eyesight will only get worse over time rather than get better as your eyes will get used to the new lense and need even stronger lenses to function properly. Anyway, here are some few eye exercise that you could do:

1. Blinking

2. Palming

3. Figure of eight

4. Near and far focussing

5. Zooming

There are plans of "special eye exercises" (among other schemes to improve vision) on the internet, there is no scientific evidence any of the plans actually work, they will probably be far better at reducing the thickness of your wallet than reducing the thickness of your glasses!

Look in Google under "Bates vision"

If there was a way everybody could fix their vision at home for free, all the eyeglasses, contacts and laser vision correction places would have gone out of business by now!

You can't improve your vision naturally. When one becomes nearsighted, the eyeball is too long. No matter what some people believe, there is no possible way to change the shape of your eyeballs. I know this isn't what anyone wants to hear, but it's the truth
