Are eyes suppost to have the same pattern?!

Question: Are eyes suppost to have the same pattern?
Hey, I have Hazel eyes. I guess. They are light green or dark green, varies for whatever annoying reason at different times. There is a ring around the middle of the colored part (Green part). It is either gold or brown, again varies. The ring in my left eye is slightly shaped differently than my right eye. I was wondering, since each side of our bodies are supposed to typically be mostly symmetrical, why are my eyes different. Are yours too? Lol, thanks.

Answers:

It's normal for your irises to have different patterns/textures, but no completely different in a sense that someone who studies iridology will think the irises are from two different people.

The two eyes usually look similar but rarely exact. The greater the difference between them the less common but still considered normal. In these cases colored contacts can make the eyes look the same according to http://www.coloredcontacts.com.
