HAIR DYE IN EYE, HELP?!

I dyed my hair and while i was in the shower washing it out, i bit dripped from my hair into my eye. This means it was diluted so opened my eye and rinsed it under the water for ages but it still feels weird! I have just rinsed it again but when i look to the right all the top layer of skin seems to clump together! It isn't as bad as it was and it's a little bit red. It doesn't MAJORLY sting or anything like that, it just feels uncomfortable. I can't see a doctor until tomorrow as it's quite late, do you reckon i'll be okay or am i just being paranoid? Thank you!
