How do you use the enzyme cleaner for contacts?!

Question: How do you use the enzyme cleaner for contacts?
Hi, I was wondering how the heck do I use this and what is this for so can you explain steps and rules on how to use them

Answers:

Your normal eye fluids contain protein that can build up on your contacts, causing them to be blurry. Enzyme cleaners break down and remove this protein, and using them on a regular basis will help prevent build-up.

Enzyme cleaners come in different forms - some are liquids and some are tablets. Generally, you would use them every x days or weeks, and then disinfect your contacts as normal before wearing them again. The process is really simple and generally only takes about 10 min. ***NOTE*** You should ALWAYS follow the directions that come on the box or in the box insert for the cleaner you actually have. Don't rely on YA for this!
