Eye Twitching, Headache, and Nausea?!

Question: Eye Twitching, Headache, and Nausea?
The muscle under my left eye has been twitching ocassionally-about every twenty minutes or so (my right eye is normal). As well, I have experienced a mild headache and after eating dinner today, experienced significant nausea and dizziness. I'm still feeling it now, but my question is, what is this? Is it serious, or should I be in the emergency room? As well, can I sleep it off, or are faster remedies for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answers:

May be a bit late but this sounds like migraine to me. Try sleeping it off, pain killers might help but typically when you are this far into a migraine your system doesn't absorb anything so pain killers aren't effective. Using soluble paracetamol has more chance.

If this happens again then look at one of the migraine sites and try and identify triggers. If it doesn't ease off in 24 hours or gets worse then go to the emergency room.
