It's possible, but too difficult to call without assessing the placement of your corneal reflexes when looking at a light source - it does look slightly like your left eye is misplaced slightly though this could be an artefact of how the picture isn't straight on, and has been taken more from the left side. It also looks like your epicanthus (the flap of skin between your nose and your eye) is larger on the left, which is a normal variation that can make it look like you've got a turned eye.

Yes, it appears that one of your eyes deviates inwards. It's a type of strabismus.

It's not super noticeable, but you can tell if you're looking for it.
