Neither, actually (though I wear glasses). I'm not a big fan of sticking my finger in my eye, so I don't think I'd go for contacts. Glasses I don't want either because they ruin your eyes (with glasses, your eyes are never relaxed). Pretty much no matter how bad your eyes get, they can get better. Ever heard of the Bates method ? ("Better Eyesight Without Glasses", by Dr. William Bates) It works.
