If i wear my daily contacts for 2 days, will I go blind like the doctor said?
I have daily soft contacts. I forgot them on an overnight trip, and put them back in my eyes the next day. The doc said don't do that, it can make you blind. is that true?

I think that what the doctor meant to say is to avoid doing what you did. I think it was just meant to scare you a bit :-)
No harm in doing it once, but don't get used to doing that. Since they are daily lenses, change them daily. Since you are constantly blinking, friction is applied to the lens and MAY tear and it is not a very appealing experience as it hurts like hell. Apart from that, the menses may start to build up bacteria which may cause serious eye infections and, yes, even blindness.
You won't go blind by forgetting them once but please be careful...use monthly lenses of they are more adapt to your life style.
