Why does my eye twicth?
For just over a week now, my top right eyelid twitches at random times, but mostly when I blink quickly and with force. (ie. when I was swimming to keep the water out of my eyes because I wear contacts.) I have wore contacts for about a year and a half now, so that wouldn't have anything to do with the new occurring problem. It also seems to happen when I'm putting on mascara.
I read other similar questions, and the main responses were sleep deprivation, stress, and lack of vitamins. Is this really all? I haven't really been stressed out more than normal though...it's summer break! Is there anything wrong with me? So if I get lots of sleep and drink milk and have multivitamins, and relax, it will stop?

ahhh blepharospasms. Many causes, usually lack of sleep, Stress, allergies, and nerve gas. usually nothing to worry about, unless its the nerve gas. Should go away without treatment.
