All you have listed here is the power of the lenses and only your doctor can issue you a contact lens prescription. Would really have tried to order contacts if someone actually tried to convert this for you? Have you no common sense?
If you haven't had an ACTUAL contact lens examination from your DOCTOR, then you are going to have to go and get one. There are measurements that need to be taken in order to arrive at a contact lens prescription, PLUS, the doctor has to make sure that your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. All this is part of the fitting of the contacts and there is no way to convert your eyeglass prescription into a contact lens prescription. Often times the power is different because the lens will sit right on your eye, instead of in front of it, AND, judging by your prescription, you have quite a bit of astigmatism and you will require toric contact lenses to correct for that...
Contact lenses are regulated by the FDA and it is illegal to obtain them without a valid prescription from a qualified Optometrist. Contacts are a medical device and I am shocked at how many people dismiss this fact. These are your EYES!!! You only get one set if you ruin this pair. The technology doesn't exist to be able to replace them the way you get get dentures if your teeth rot and fall out. You risk serious infection and complications by trying to have someone on Y!A convert a spec Rx into a contact lens Rx.
What's next? Is someone on Y!A going to ask a posting doctor write out a prescription for Vicodin???
I mean, REALLY, people...lets use are heads for something more than a hat wrack!!!
