My left eye has been twitching for the last four days. i know im tired but ive never had this before, why?
im usually tired cos i dont sleep well but i dont know why my eye is constantly twitching. its the lower lid!
it does it every couple of minutes.

brought on by: stress, lack of sleep, caffeine, potassium deficiency
helped by: potassium supplement (ie banana), less stress, more/better sleep, less caffeine, and i personally Rx topical eyedrop antihistamines like alaway
