im 15 i sleep well, drink lots of water i dont understand why i have dark circles under my eyes they are very dark and i look tired when im not....is this normal?

Could be a liver problem, kiddo. I'm assuming you don't drink alcohol, but dark circles under the eyes are a common symptom of a sluggish liver. Go see your family doctor.
