Something is wrong with my lil sis eye?!


Question:

Something is wrong with my lil sis eye?

it is occuring on her conjunctiva there is this jelly like substance growing above it and the eye is red and its runningwater,i can't find her eye drop and the doctors office isn't open n i am not getting through with his fone.wat can i use at home to treat it??
