Answers:

this is never easy. i feel for you.

if you have already had an eye examination, please disregard any answers you may get that talk about glaucoma. laypeople answering these questions here often read "eye" and "pressure" in the same sentence as google it and it comes up with "high eye pressure = glaucoma". since you have already had an eye examination and were deemed "fine" as far as your eye heath is concerned, then you do not have glaucoma. its already been ruled out, as has refractive error (the need for glasses). although you did state that you had some astigmatism, and uncorrected astigmatism is a known causer of headaches...

so, what else can cause the eye/head pain/pressure you describe? unfortunately a myriad of things, each of which has to be painstakingly and singularly ruled out. sinus pressure is a great place to start IMO. other possibilities include: migraines, temporal arteritis, systemic inflammatory conditions, etc etc ad nauseum.

good luck. i think you're going the right direction with the ENT
