Sure u can go dancing with a pad on r pretty much anything u want, except swim r go in water, jaccuzzi, etc. Then she's going to have to let u wear a tampon. lol

Yes you can dance in a pad.
My friend who is a dancer cant wear pads as it hangs out, and the people who work there take away points for it. You can wear one, but if theyre strict i suggest you either wear one & keep it tucked away (mae sure you do), or wear a tampon. But i dont understand why your mum doesnt let you.
