My voice wont stop cracking and I have to strain to talkk?!


Question: Im a girl
I thought only boys' voice change?
Well yeah I used to be able to like sing and hit soft notes but now i cant. (not that i can sing)
I it keeps cracking and sounds like im trying so hard to talk?

My question is, Is this bc of the changes im going through? Or Like could i have something wrongg

During puberty women's voices change too it just isn't as drastic as for men.
