All women's breasts are different sizes, it's just that the difference in size is so slight in most cases that it really isn't obvious. This is perfectly normal and not something you should worry about. You say the difference is only slight so I wouldn't consider surgery for that. Nobody has perfectly symmetrical breasts. A girl who lived near me growing up had surgery over this but there were 3 cup sizes between her breasts, so that was an extreme case.
Thats not at all uncommon. I wouldn't want surgery just to make them the same size. That has to be a personal choice.

TOTALLY normal!! That's how mine is, my right is smaller than my left. No surgery needed, only for emergency cases, lol.

depending on your age and in exceptional abnormality u should not seek plastic surgery
It is perfectly normal for them to be a slightly different size. Most are. If they were completely symmetrical and identical that would actually be unusual. It sounds like you are just getting an increased awareness of your own body, which is a healthy and normal thing to happen.
That's normal. No woman has both her breast look exactly the same. If you really feel uncomfy you can get surgery.
yep its normal. one of mine are bigger than the other. i would only get surgery if it was really noticeable, like 2 cup sizes.
